Q:Why can't I see my percentile rank for some of the currencies and some of my submissions?

A:We publish your percentile rank for different currencies (or aggregate) and your forecast submissions only when you are within the top 25%. We are sorry to hear that you are missing from the top bracket in some rankings but don't worry, a little bit of hard work, research and reading will get you there. :)

Q:Why can't I see FXTURF projections for some of the dates?

A:You can view the projections for a particular currency pair for a date only if you have submitted your forecast for that date.

Q:While uploading profile picture, the image orientation changes. Why is that?

A:To save processing time and memory, most mobile devices always write the image data in a particular (normally landscape) orientation. If you were holding the camera in a different way when the picture was taken, it will load up on the server with a different orientation. To address this issue, we have incorporated two small buttons on either side of the picture, for clockwise and anit-clockwise rotation once you have loaded the picture. Please use them to get the correct orientation.

Q:When I go to 'Make a Forecast' pad, I am not able to select any date for EURUSD. Why is that?

A:It's quite likely that you have already made the forecast for all dates between 1 week to 1 month from given date. Please go to 'My Forecasts' pad to make sure that's the case. If you still see some valid dates with no submissions, please drop us a mail at support@fxturf.com. We'll get back to you in a timely manner.

Q:Can I change any of my forecasts?

A:Currently, the platform doesn't allow you to make any amendments once you have made a submission so you have to be careful while submitting your forecasts. There is a chance that you may click submit for the default value the system picks up i.e the spot at that time so please be cognizant of this constraint.

Q:When I go to FXTURF Projections page, the projection rate appears as 'Not Available' for some of the dates. Why?

A:You can view the system projections only for the dates for which you have already submitted your own forecasts. This condition is put in place to make sure that you are not biased by platform projections while doing your own analysis.

Q:I have submitted request to reset my password but don't see the password email in my mailbox. Why?

A:Sometimes, the password reset email may be sent to the Trash or Junk Mail folder depending on the security settings of your mail server. Please retrieve the mail from one of these folders and proceed to login with the new password. Do remember to change your password after your first login to something you can easily remember.
